Every year our Executive Committee meet to review and update our Development Plan. This is an important document which outlines what we hope to do in future years, how we hope to achieve that and where we hope it can take us. These discussions are very much guided by direct feedback received from members over the previous 12 months.

Our investment in facilities improvement now totals over £100,000 in the last 4 years, and as a result our offering is now one of the very best in the area. From last year's plan we have managed to tick off replacing the fixed practice nets, refurbishment of the square, and major improvements to the clubhouse interior. But we want to continue our growth, and be extremely proactive in pushing for further progression.
