Every year our Executive Committee meets to review and update our Development Plan, an important document which outlines what we hope to do in future years, how we hope to achieve that and where we hope it can take us. These discussions are very much guided by direct feedback received from members over the previous 12 months.

Some key issues we aim to address within this plan are:

• Replacement of our existing practice facilities
• Improving the quality of our cricket square
• Upgrades to the inside and outside of the pavillion
• Increasing our pool of qualified coaches
• Maintaining our player development pathway
